New Champion: Seraphine
It is confirmed, Seraphine is the next LoL champion to be released. Even if she is the next Korean Pop group singer, the company has so far to make the hero/champion official's status. Some recently disclosed Wild Rift shows her skills, so meaning she can be witnessed on the rift sooner or later.
According to Riot Games, Seraphine falls to the category of mage champion. This fits her personality. It would not be shocking if the new champion will be the next playable hero. Her virtual influencer personality constantly drops a hint that is part of the League of Legend Game. Even if Riot Game just released a new champion called Samira, we might be presented to Seraphine when worlds come around.
According to the research, Seraphine has some abilities called Echo, Harmony as well as Shield.
Her second ability is called Harmony, wherein casting a power will give a Note to closer teammates for a few seconds. That note enables Seraphine's next attack to gain hit range and extra magic damage. The shield is her third ability, which protects nearby teammates while giving her a 3 percent movement speed that lasts up to four seconds. Nearby teammates will heal five percent of their losing life or health once she is already protected and shielded.
Her skills and abilities are comparable to Nami and Lulu since she heals, shields, and increases movement speed. She fits both mid roles and support. However, nothing is sure at this point.
Release Date Information
The designer LoL also exposed that there is a team that has been working on her gameplay. Also, they state that this new champion may be out this coming October, after the next Roadmap. The upcoming release really makes sense because this will be within or later than Worlds. What is more, Twitter users also discovered that the new champion holds a Weibo account showing that her birth date is the 1st of October 2020. On the same day, the Worlds Final will be happening, so perhaps she will make a remarkable appearance. So, just wait and see what will happen next.
If we presume Riot Game follows the same outline as what they did with other champions such as Lillia and Yone, Seraphine could potentially happen to be accessible with patch 10.20 or 10.21, which are intended to go live on the 14th of October. So, you better watch out for this new champion.
