So before playing a real game, if yours, you would opt to know and getting familiar first with its various types.
League of Legends actually includes various game types with which you could choose from. To give you a glimpse of these game types, here are some short yet concise descriptions for each type.
Of course, every game would dare to include a tutorial for the people not to get ignorant of how the game is played. Tutorials are usually performed by those people who are first time users of the game. In League of Legends, this tutorial can be played via the Howling Abyss. Moreover, it is intentionally created for new players as for them to learn the rules of the game.
Co-op Vs. AI
This game type is next to the Tutorial. It is very much made for new players as well. If the Tutorial is played on the Howling Abyss, this is then played on all three - Summoner's Rift, Twisted Treeline, and before, was played on the Crystal Scar as well. The game consists of teams composed of human players against its enemies, which are computer-controlled artificial intelligence or AI champions.
Since this is just the usual way of playing, it does not have any special features at all. It simply just uses an automated matchmaking system for you to get teamed up by similarly skilled players and vice versa.
If Normal matchmaking does not involve rank ups and downs, then this type already has. However, you could just be able to perform this when you reach level 30 already.
As the words suggest, in this game type, you would be allowed to play any map also with any combination of players, whether AI as opponents or real-life ones.
League of Legends sure can be tricky and complex. So, for you to be able to win against your opponents, make sure to have your practice especially at the very beginning, which provides you with a tutorial.
