Galaxies Championship by Riot Games is the first system of teams that qualify for TT or Teamfight Tactics. It is also the initial worldwide tournament, with local-specific game ladders and online tournaments. Teamfight can be played on a mobile device and a personal computer. Thus, it is tending that qualification might be specific to the platform; it all depends on every region.
The championship will involve vying in 8 regional qualifiers in Europe, China, North America, and Common of the Independent States, the Middle East, Brazil, Japan, Turkey, Latin America, and South Korea.
In North America, the final happened in August, and it takes two days only. The final features sixteen players that fight, and the two winners will represent their region at the Galaxies Championship.
According to Riot Games, the Galaxies Championship is a viable season for TT. It will set the groundwork that esports can thrive in North America. And as we have mentioned, the season will include a ladder as well as online fights.
The ladder kicks off in May until July. The company will document the weekly rankings with players getting points; it all depends on their ranking. The top ten high scorer gamers in the 1 ½ month viable ladder will move forward to the finals.
Riot will host many tournaments online, allowing gamers to garner points to suit for two slots in the finals. What is more, another 4 seats are available via partner qualification tournaments, which are set to happen in July.
The fact that it was launched last year, the company has already done three invitationals. This includes Galaxy Showcase, the 2019 LoL all-star events, and the element invitational recently. To help and support 3rd party tournament organizers, the company has a plan of releasing the community competition guideline to help the viable circuits of e-sport games.
Galaxies Championships indeed an evident sign of their dedication to boost the presence in the world of esports, giving a reward of more than USD200 000.
